Build with AIM

You bring the need. Our senior team takes it from idea to running software, built to be right the first time and run with a discipline that means you always know where the work stands.

What you get

You get a working system, ownership of the code from the start, and a record of how it was built that a different team could pick up later. How and when the source and the accounts are handed over is set in your agreement, structured so that payment and delivery stay aligned. The work lands in short increments, and each one ends in something that runs, so you see progress instead of hearing about it.

What to expect from AIM

The specifics of a project change from one client to the next. The way we work does not. On every engagement, whatever its size, you can expect the same things.

  1. You own the work from the start. The code and the systems are yours, and how they are handed over is set in your agreement so that payment and delivery stay aligned.
  2. The work is delivered in short increments, and each one ends in something that runs.
  3. The build and the review are kept separate, and decisions are recorded as they are made, so the work is governed the same way every time.
  4. Security is built in from the first line of code.
  5. You get a plain estimate of effort, cost, and time before you commit, and you are told what would change it.
  6. You can see the state of the work every week.
  7. You get a record of how the work was built, complete enough that a different team could take it over.

This is the part you never have to negotiate. It is how we work, whether the job is a tool built in a week or a program that runs for a year.

Support, onshore

We do not hand your finished system to an offshore support desk. The team that built the work stays responsible for keeping it running, based in the United States and reachable, not a support desk in another time zone. Ongoing support and maintenance is a US engagement, priced plainly and scaled to what the live system actually needs. The standard that built the work is the standard that keeps it working.

How the commitments show up in a build

The architecture is chosen to grow with your business, so scale is designed in, not bolted on. Protection starts at the first line of code, with zero-trust security, encryption of personal data, and a review before real users are ever exposed. And because building and reviewing stay separate and every decision is recorded, you can see the true state of the work every week.

The range of work

We take engagements of very different sizes, and small never means simple. On one end sit focused process-improvement tools, delivered fast and engineered to the same enterprise standard as everything else we ship, so they are ready for enterprise deployment on day one. On the other sit large, complex builds: multi-user, multi-tenant platforms serving business or consumer markets, for organizations up to multinational scale. Between the two sits the standing team relationship that runs for the long term. You can start with one well-defined piece of work and expand from there, because the way we build does not have to be torn up in order to grow.

Why onshore and governed

Building onshore is not about time zones and shared language. It is about accountability. The people doing your work are reachable, the decisions are on the record, and you own the result. Offshore pricing usually trades control for cost. AIM's price reflects senior work done in the open, where you can see what you are paying for.
